Cookie Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This policy explains how MindsThatLead uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them. We take a privacy-first approach: analytics are off by default and nothing non-essential loads until you allow it. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

Necessary cookies

A small number of cookies (and equivalent local storage) are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on, involve no tracking, and cannot be switched off. Your consent decision itself is stored in your browser’s local storage; it is not sent to us.

Analytics cookies (off by default)

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. These cookies are set only after you actively allow the Analytics category. We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics storage stays denied until you opt in, and advertising storage is always denied — we run no ads and do not use advertising or personalisation cookies.

Crucially, if you have not granted analytics consent, the Google Analytics script is never loaded at all — no request is made to Google before you consent.

Managing and withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — withdrawing is as easy as granting. Open the preferences panel here:

When you withdraw analytics consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and make a best effort to delete its first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) from your browser. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
