How We Choose the Minds We Cover

Independent editorial, and an open door to partnership.

Editorial — free, and merit-based

We watch what leaders say and write across politics, business, technology, and society — posts, talks, op-eds, interviews. Each day we shortlist many and publish few. Selection is made by The MindsThatLead Editorial Desk on merit, with a preference for thinking that hasn’t already been widely circulated.

We especially like surfacing leaders doing substantive thinking who aren’t yet widely known.

We don’t just aggregate what’s already public. Where we can, we reach out to the leader directly for comment — to hear their thinking in their own words, not only to summarise what’s already out there.

Every piece is analysed and written up with source attribution; direct quotes appear only after verification.

Editorial selection is independent and kept entirely separate from any commercial relationship. Leaders never pay to be covered, and coverage cannot be bought.

Partnerships — paid, and separate from editorial

We invite brands, organisations, and leaders to partner with us — funding the publication and widening whose thinking gets shared. Charges are kept modest and accessible.

A partnership takes the form of a guest essay: a piece written or co-signed by the partner, in their own voice, on their own thinking. It is not a piece we write about them.

This is a paid track, separate from editorial. Paying does not buy, influence, or guarantee editorial coverage, and it does not turn into a piece written about the sponsor.
