Melanie Clark is the founder and CEO of Instinctiv, a London-based boutique executive search firm. With 20 years' experience in the TMT and multi-site industries, she supports Chairs, CEOs, and CFOs in building leadership teams, specialising in CFO search alongside other C-suite roles, and leads non-executive development for leaders transitioning to portfolio careers. Clark is a vocal advocate for diversity of thought in future boardrooms and built Instinctiv's search process around balanced shortlists, working with coaching and assessment partners and experienced mentors. She argues the search industry has an influential role beyond placement — in coaching leaders and helping people fulfil their potential.
