Shweta Arya

Shweta Arya is the Founder & Director of Riyaash Fine Jewells and a business coach and strategist who helps women entrepreneurs build and scale their ventures. Based in New Delhi, she pairs a career in fine jewellery with a passion for guiding other founders through the hard parts of growing a business. Her foundation spans a BCom from Bangalore University, a certification in Jewellery Designing from the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ), Delhi, and training in Diamond Grading and Gemology from DGL, Delhi. What began as informally advising friends on their businesses grew into a calling — she trained as a Certified Business Coach and now works with women entrepreneurs across India to set up, scale, and strengthen their companies. Shweta has been recognised as one of the "Influential Women of the World" by ISOE and has co-authored a book alongside globally renowned author and speaker Brian Tracy. At the heart of her work is a single mission: helping women entrepreneurs realise their full potential and turn ambition into lasting success.
